Managing Your Orders

When and order has been placed for a book the details regarding the order will be found by clicking the Orders option from the LibriDirect sub-menu in the Dashboard.

This option will display a descending list of all your most recent orders.

To see details of a specific order you should click on the blue order number in the first column. That will take you to a screen that looks like this:

In the left-hand panel you will see details about the cutomer that has placed the order. The email address is also a link that you can click to compose and send an email directly to the customer. Note that most of the entries have a small blue pencil just to their right. You can click on this to bring up a screen that will allow you to edit any the information that has been recorded here.

Note also that there is a status box in the upper right hand corner or the panel. The status has several options:

  • New - An order that has been placed, but no other action taken.
  • Paid but not shipped - Payment has been received but shipment is still require. You must manually mark that the payment has been taken (see below).
  • Paid - Order has been paid and shipped.
