Refunds
1 - Login to your website.
2 - Open your dashboard if it is not already open. You can do this by putting your mouse where your name appears in the upper left corner and then clicking the dashboard link that appears just below it.
3 - Click the LibriDirect option that appears in the dashboard menu and then click the Orders option.
4 - The screen will show a list of all your orders. To get details of an individual order you can click the order number in the first column.
5 - On the Order Detail screen you will see a panel on the right side which shows the status of the order.
If you have not yet processed payment for the item you will see the words "cancel order" in red. Click this and the order will be cancelled.
If you have already processed payment you will see a button labelled
Refund payment
. Click this and the payment will be reversed and the buyer's account will be reimbursed.
